ご意見・ご感想Em it was ok service never expected it to actually take a full month to arrive I would plead to zenmarket please any ties that you have with EVRI/Hermes please cut ties with them you don't know how many times this people lose millions of people's packages especially in the UK and they are not held responsible for what they are doing luckily I don't know what happened but I got my package but I may not be lucky next time I hope you read this feedback and make appropriate steps to mitigate this.

Because they did not uploade a digital IOSS number,
i had already paid good and service tax in japan,
fun,,,, waiting 3 months for parcel just to get hit with extra tax |

Other than that, I hope you can do better. I paid an extra $1000 yen for my next shipment to be reinforced. |

ご意見・ご感想My first package from ZenMarket. Order quickly goes through and the service notifies you once all of your items have arrived on their warehouse. All of my items are complete, well packaged and are in mint condition (considering that they are books). Really glad that I've managed to get a copy of Mika Pikazo's Art Book ^^ Thanks ZenMarket! |

which meant I had to pay double to shipping despite already paying for it in full the first time.
the "Our company is not responsible for any possible damages or losses of your item during domestic or international delivery. In this event, claims should be addressed to the relevant transportation company. We are not responsible for delays which may occur due to customs procedures of your country." policy is kinda scummy and doesn't help solve any problems for the buyer. which is why I'm giving it a 2 star this time. the items eventually arrived so I'm glad I didn't have to pay for shipping a 3rd time. |
