ご意見・ご感想Items where not packaged vary well lots of empty space remember paper collapses during transport and there there is empty space and leaves items unprotected and still to much tape is being used it sometimes gets on the items and causes damage please use smaller pieces of tape |

ご意見・ご感想ZenMarket needs to provide a more detailed description of the contents of the parcel. This parcel was held in customs for over a week. ZenMarket did not respond to the request to provide more documentation. Luckily, I was able to contact the shipping company and provide detailed information. This could have been avoided if ZenMarket indicated the type of material the items were made from ie plastic, metal, rubber, etc. |
