完璧な梱包で特にダメージもありませんでしたが、和菓子（全国菓子大博覧会の名誉総裁賞受賞の樽最中）の賞味期限が８月３１日で期限切れになっていました。オーダーしたのが、８月１３日だったので、まさか賞味期限切れになっているとは夢にも思わず、大変残念でした。
今後同じような事が他のお客様にも起きない様に、注意喚起及び予防策を講じるべきだと思います。　
今後の対応の程よろしくお願い致します。

Incredible service, the item I requested and had sent to me was super hard to come by. None of the other proxies or websites were able to secure it. ZenMarket pulled through and got me it, and faster than I expected to boot.

Unfortunately, it has become evident that their service is disappointingly slow. I placed an order from Mercari through them on the 5th, and although the seller sent it on the 7th, it's been four days, and the item still hasn't reached their warehouse. This is almost the same amount of time it takes for an item to reach me from Japan using EMS. What's even more frustrating is the additional wait I'll have to endure once it finally arrives at their warehouse. I'm seriously not gonna use their service again, and I'm beginning to doubt if the people behind it are based in Japan. Unfortunately, this experience I've had with this company does not meet the level of service that you would typically expect from a company that claims to be located in Japan. 評価
