ご意見・ご感想The service fee is too expensive now, especially when other sites are still 300 yen. Compared to the price, the service is not even that good. Customer support is inconsistent, once I received 3 different responses from 3 different staffs on why my item couldn't be purchased, items take way too long to be packed and it also takes an unreasonably long time to adjust shipping methods (at least a few days). Zenmarket used to be good but it has fallen off, the only beneficial and unique factor left about this website is the credit limit. I used to love this site but now I'm never going to use it again |

ご意見・ご感想Incredible packing, every single item (phone) was wrapped carefully by hand and with enough protection. The parcel arrived quickly to the US (2 days) thanks to UPS!
Everything arrived just as I expected. Will continue to use Zenmarket to import phones. |

ご意見・ご感想Well packaged but it would be good if the General Services Tax could be added at the time of ZenMarket shipping so aditional shipping processing fees arent incurred when parcel arrives in destination country. |

ご意見・ご感想I just received the device and this service is amazing!!! The product I got was in excellent condition. Packaging was a plus. Perfectly packaged and secured. Only issue was customs in my city, which there's nothing we can do. Other than that, I will be using this service again in the future. Thank you! |

ご意見・ご感想Zenmarket has always done a fantastic job packing what I have purchased with care. The books and car models I have ordered always come properly wrapped in supportive bubblewrap and are given minimal room to shift inside the box. |
