RecensioneThis was the package ordered almost 2 MONTHS AGO. The address is correct. And at NO TIME did I get a message to say “we are having trouble confirming your USA address.” Just a message stating my package was “shipped.” Because I chose the least expensive shipping option I knew it would probably take a few months before getting to me. At NO TIME did I ever get any other emails about shipping issues during my wait. And after all this time the only message I get is you saying you had issues with the address I placed being “incorrect “ which is UNTRUE. And that all my options at this point is MORE MONEY TO GIVE YOU. This has to be resolved on your end because the mistake or issue happened on YOUR END AND NOT MINE. All fees should be waived. You already took money out of my account without even a prior notice of doing so. Of course now I no longer want the package because it has been at least 2 months and instead of me getting my order, you slap me with more charges. Please resolve this or send me a number I can speak with a representative. |

RecensioneI love ZenMarket! I use several proxy services, but ZM is the best. Some may be put off because the ¥500 service fee, BUT WAIT they have an awesome loyalty program and many, many opportunities to earn cash back. BUT WAIT!x2 Did you know they also offer coupons, too?! Yeah! They’re one of two proxies that offers all three (loyalty program, cash back or points, and coupons), and if you know who the other one is, WAIT!x3 Don’t go there! Stay here on ZenMarket because their customer service team is so sweet and kind, and will treat you like you and your business matters to them regardless of your spend total. I’m very grateful to know that ZenMarket’s staff will always treat me like a person and not a nuisance. My experience with another proxy recently made me appreciate ZM ten times more because the customer service refused to acknowledge my problem, so to them there wasn’t a problem.. 😅 ahhh so frustrating! But no frustration on ZenMarket—this is a great and lovely place with very friendly, accommodating staff. |
