1.Sign in to your ZenMarket account
The Selected Auctions page is only visible to logged-in users. If you can't view the page, please sign in first.
2.Browse the Catalog
Visit the Selected Auctions portal, where fresh, highly curated listings are added continuously from Monday to Friday.
3.Inspect the Item
Click on your preferred item to review high-resolution images (including any visible defects) and read the detailed, appraised condition grade.
4.Enter Your Bid
Your bid must exceed the current price by a minimum increment, which varies depending on the item's price. The system will automatically display the minimum amount you're allowed to bid.
5.Wait until the auction ends
All bids are submitted to the auction partner simultaneously when the auction ends — there is no real-time bidding against other users. However, another ZenMarket customer may place a higher bid on the same item before the deadline.
Once the auction ends, the partner reviews all submitted bids (including those from ZenMarket and other participants) and announces the winner the following day.
6.Check the Result
Check your auction result the next day in the Events tab of your account.

FAQ: Can I cancel or return an item won via Selected Auctions?
Returns and cancellations are generally not accepted. Once an auction is won, the transaction is final. Reasons such as "item no longer necessary" or "purchased by mistake" cannot be accepted as per our agreement with auction partners.
Exceptions are strictly limited to the two scenarios detailed below.
1.Item Not as Described (Non-Counterfeit)
Applies if the received item differs from the listing (e.g., incorrect model, incorrect color) or its structural condition is significantly worse than described.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item's advertised overall condition grade must be BC or higher.
- You must have ordered ZenMarket's Photo Service before the item arrived at our Japan warehouse.
- You must review the photos and report any discrepancy within 24 hours of the Photo Service being completed.
- The claim must be submitted before the item is packed for international shipping. Once packing is complete, returns can no longer be processed.
2.Counterfeit Suspicions
If you suspect your won item is not genuine, ZenMarket will act as your mediator with the professional auction partner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item (based on the tracking delivery date).
- You must provide a clear explanation along with side-by-side photo comparisons showing the differences between your item and a genuine product.
- The item must be shipped back to our Japan warehouse in its exact original condition, at the buyer's expense, with all original ID tags and accessories intact.
- Refunds or compensation will be determined entirely by the auction partner's official final inspection and authentication.
