In our recent survey about our service fee changes, one of the most vocal requests from you was for more wiggle room in storage time. You asked for extra space to combine your items without the rush, to craft that perfect parcel at your leisure.
We’re thrilled to announce that, after a careful and detailed analysis of our new warehouse capabilities and your shopping needs, we're extending our free storage period from 45 to 60 days!
What does this mean for you?
More freedom, more flexibility, and more time to make the best out of your ZenMarket experience.
Starting today, the new storage policy allows you to keep your purchased items in our secure warehouse for up to 60 days at no additional cost. This extended period gives you the peace of mind to wait for that limited-time release or to hold off for a sale on your favorite items without worrying about storage fees.
We're committed to not just meeting but exceeding your expectations. As such, we want to clarify that the total storage period remains at 90 days.
What changes is how we're allocating this time: the first 60 days are completely free, with the following 30 days available at on a paid basis.
This reshaped structure is designed to offer you a more relaxed and customer-friendly shopping experience.
