What are the restrictions of shipping with FedEx LowCost?
FedEx LowCost has the same shipping restrictions as the regular FedEx shipping service in regards to parcel size. The weight restriction may vary, however.
FedEx LowCost is able to deliver cheaper shipping rates by leveraging the rates of local shipping providers on eligible parcels for the last mile where applicable. As such, parcels that fall below the weight limit will use the following last-mile providers;

How long do FedEx LowCost parcels take to reach their destination?
On average, parcels shipped using FedEx LowCost are expected to arrive at their destination within 3 to 7 business days of being dispatched. In other words, really fast.
This is an estimated shipping time only and does not take into account public holidays and conditions outside of the shipping provider's control such as extreme weather, abnormal traffic conditions, or failure of the recipient to receive the package.
How do I track my FedEx LowCost parcel?
Parcel tracking will be provided once your parcel has been booked by ZenMarket and your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. The tracking number will be available from the parcels tab on your ZenMarket account.
A note on shipping to Singapore with FedEx LowCost
FedEx LowCost parcels bound for Singapore can utilize PUDO (Pick-Up Drop-Off) points for parcel delivery. In other words, customers in Singapore can opt to have their FedEx LowCost parcels sent to a locker for pickup. This helps to optimize the last mile and to receive your parcel if you are not at home.
FedEx LowCost parcels that have been delivered to pick-up points need to be picked up within three days or risk being disposed of to make room for new parcels.
