I was a little nervous about using their shopping service, but after reading reviews online, I decided to try it for myself. I'm very satisfied with ZenMarket, especially their customer service, who helped me with any questions and concerns I had. They even help you find items, too!

ZenMarket took great care in packaging my items and actually consider your reasonable packaging requests. I bought a couple collectible telephone cards and requested ZenMarket to package them between cardboard, so they don't get damaged during transit. Sure enough, ZenMarket placed them between a couple sheets of cardboard, which was then bubble wrapped for additional protection. I'm sure they'll consider any of your reasonable requests, too!

Overall, I had a great shopping experience with ZenMarket and received my items quickly and safely. ZenMarket's affordable and competitive fees makes their shopping service very attractive.

I will be making another purchase very soon!\

Good thing the value isn't so high so I wasn't charged at customs for duty. I hope next time you could at least inform in advanced if you cannot mark the package as gift.
