The Customer Service was also responsive to my queries. Although I am not sure if they are all based in Japan.

I would have given a perfect score if the item was purchased in its (limited timed) sale price. What I learned through this experience is that there is a delay from sending the payment after the order has been confirmed and when the actual item is purchased (during Japan office hours only). So it is best to manage expectations.

Will definitely use the service again as the fees are much lesser compared to other websites.		 Rating
