Although the box was not damaged, the packing material was clearly insufficient for international shipment, and as such, my parcel was damaged in transit. The USPS have refused to file a claim because of this.

There was a single layer of small bubble wrap at the bottom of the box, and although the neckboard and remote adjustment board were wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap, they were left loose in the box and not secured. The box had no filler material other than one (1) wadded up piece of newspaper. This of course allowed the monitor chassis and pieces to rattle around in the box and did not shield them from impact.

I suspect the box was dropped in transit and that caused the damage around the flyback.

I will never use ZenMarket again, as it's clear they have no intention of ensuring their parcels have even the most basic amount packaging to ensure items survive international shipment. They'll happily charge you extra for 'additional' packing, however.		 評分等級
