While I've been very happy up to now with how their staff had been helping out with questions and being very prompt in their replies, I have to say I'm incredibly displeased with their packaging. My package contained several posters and a CD. While the CD was fine, only two of the posters were in good shape despite them all being in beautiful condition prior to being shipped. Incidentally, the most expensive and initially pristine of the posters was the most crunched up one, so it's now $20+ worth of garbage. The outside of the package had looked a tad beat up when it arrived, but I thought nothing much of it -- most places understand to ship posters in a cardboard or plastic tube to prevent damage/retain shape, so a slightly roughed-up package is usually no problem. However, it seems Zenmarket simply rolled the posters, covered them with bubble wrap(?!), and called it a day. And while that's appreciated and cost-effective for shipping CDs, DVDs, and other 'firm' objects, it should be pretty intuitive that it offers no real protection to something thin and made of paper. I have other items still waiting in their warehouse, some of them posters. I'll specifically request them to be shipped with better protection this time around, but if they arrive in such terrible shape and in poor packaging again, I doubt I'll be doing much with Zenmarket again.	評分等級 2 out of 5	正在跟蹤訂單頁面

Продавец hirotoru2001 и продавец whity1232. Да и самое главное ваши консультанты не чем не помогли, приходилось переписываться с человеком из Швеции который ваш сайт знает наизусть.
