They are a legit business who don't cheat their customers. Every item i have received has matched the weight that was reported at the warehouse in Osaka.
Customer service reps are quick, friendly and patient, offering as much help as they can in resolving issues.
Seriously, zenmarket is the best proxy service by far. They are extremely generous with promotions, sometimes even going overtime with their shipping campaigns so people who have lodged parcels late can still benefit.

ข้อเสนอแนะParcel arrived in time, packing this time was not correct, as the handles should be turned into the in-sides of the bags, rather than place on the out-sides of the bags, as it has left handle markes on the leather on the out-side of the bags, really hard to correct the indents. Other-wise Zen offers a great shopping experience. Contact/support staff have amazing contact skills and responses, they go the extra lenght to make shopping an amazing experience, they make ZEN -Market a great company, well done |
