FeedbackThese guys used to be great for shipping albums_ But recently ordered a set of 13 vinyls, just about 5500g, and ONLY used one sheet of bubble wrap around the set instead of individually. Or at least putting extra bubble wrap randomly within the box itself. They used to do great for fragile items. Took time to determine damage was there fault, but no insurance coverage since claim came in after 14 days. I won't be trusting Zen Market in the future, I'm VERY disappointed in their customer service and taking care of their customers. To put it simply - piss poor customer service - complete negligence occurred here. Very disappointing! Brett L. |

FeedbackI purchased the bulk according to the title there would be 700 shinys (assuming holos) but the bulk of the lot were energies and trainers, and the rest were non holos. given that i was aware of the condition of the cards, i expected more holos. i did not expect to recieve hundreds of energy cards and regular trainer cards.
There were a total of 30 holos in the lot that was purchased. |
