The process was very easy to understand, with messages from ZenMarket keeping me apprised at every stage of the ordering and shipping process. The items arrived in mint condition, as I specified parcel reinforcement (a nice bonus). I also appreciate that ZenMarket posts a PDF of the shipping waybill so that you can track it immediately and pay for your customs/tax fees without delay.
