A cassette player sent to me, operates with strange noise (it was a refurbished item). There was no way to complain and I can only sign the parcel. This is terrible!!!! I don't know why this happened. I avoided using SF Express all the time since it was not as reliable as other carriers. I paid the cost of UPS but received the service of SF express. There must be secret, unknown arrangement between all parties. I take this as a serious fault, damaging the reputation of Zenmarket. I have photo proofs of the parcel being delivered by SF express. If Zenmarket cares about this complaint, feel free to contact me for compensation! Ocena
