ImięBarte*** Data27.09.2024 KrajPolska RecenzjaWhile I do not recommend surface shipping due to very long waiting time (for me - 89 days exactly to Poland), ZenMarket deserves all the praise it can receive! I used reinforcement service and my parcel arrived in pristine condition, packed in a way that there was 0% of chances of anything getting damaged. It's so great to see someone taking that great care of their customers' items. I'll definitely import more stuff from Japan with your help ZenMarket! :) Ocena

ImięArt I*** Data27.09.2024 KrajFilipiny RecenzjaYour site is so difficult to use. It is difficult to estimate what shipping option to utilize. And now the cost of shipping is much higher than the cost of the goods I wanted to ship. I have decided to just abandon my items out of frustration. Ocena

ImięJQ Data27.09.2024 KrajNowa Zelandia RecenzjaWhoever packed this parcel did a terrible job. They didn't even label it properly and it was left at the post office. Your staff need to be properly trained and not leave out address details. Ocena

ImięM G R*** Data27.09.2024 KrajHolandia RecenzjaDear SIrs,

It seems I missed the delivery of my parcel and also the mail notification.
We were on holiday in the USA and Mexico
I was not able to pick up the parcel and now the EMS has sent it back to you.

I do not mind paying for shipping cost again but please send it out to me as soon as possible.

Yhank you for your kind attention.

Greetings
