Maklum balasRelevantly smooth experience, however it’s difficult to get to the first order on the website without reaching out to Customer Support. Too many grey zones that you have to research separately before placing the order The prices are also pretty high - to receive something from Japan you have to pay twice the price of the order itself (not all of this depends on Zenmarket, but the outcome matters). Otherwise, the packaging is solid (at least with extra 1000¥ I paid), the support team is very helpful and replies quite fast. The variety of payment methods is also solid. Thank you! |

Maklum balasJust wanted to share how thrilled I am with the Zenmarket purchasing experience I had. I purchased a used camera body and four lenses, and I ordered the parcel reinforcement. The box arrived in under a week and was so cleverly and gently packed! Each piece of the kit was individually wrapped up in 10+ layers of bubble wrap. I can tell that Zenmarket really cared a lot and spent a long time packing and double-checking to ensure that the gear would travel thousands of miles without a scratch. I am really thrilled with the whole Zenmarket experience and I will definitely be using it again. I feel good putting my trust here to ensure my things will be cared for. |
