Maklum balasHad delivery issues because the package was sent to the wrong address. Fedex informed me that they received the wrong address from the sender. I had to contact Fedex personally to verify my address and attempt re-delivery. I can verify that this is not an error on my end because the shipping address I listed on Zenmarket is correct. |

Maklum balasI had never used a proxy service before learning of and using ZenMarket. This was not long after the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Thanks to ZenMarket I ended up bidding on and winning over a dozen items from Yahoo Auctions (that I otherwise would never have been able to locate). By the time all of my items had arrived at ZenMarket's warehouse so that they could be packaged together, Japan's 5-day national holiday "Golden Week" was taking place. Between the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, my buying so many items and the impacts of Golden Week, there were plenty of chances for something to go wrong but nothing did. The only thing required on my part was a little extra patience, not a big deal.
My first package from ZenMarket arrived today, quickly and safely. The package itself was put together very nicely. Those items in need of a little more protection were treated properly. The items were also packed very efficiently to keep the overall size of the package as small as possible. It is safe to say that overall I am very pleased with ZenMarket. The people there provide a great service and are very good at what they do. Thank you all. |

The fees are not that high, great customer support, everything fast.
Lot of shipping options to choose from.
The biggest + is for the auction/buyout extension tool, you just deposit money and can buyout/bid/snipe things yourself, which is a great thing.
I was using other forwarding services and you always had to wait for their response and lot of aspects came to play, like different time zone, office hours, which ended up in missing some great deals and auction.
Win Zenmarket, you can do it yourself, huge ++++++++ for that
The only - is Mercari support, there is none
I am gonna definitely use the service again, in the future. |
