RecensioneAt first I was worried about ordering a more expensive item from ZenMarket, but I can happily say everything came nice and safe.
Even though Canada Post goofed up on the tracking with my order, that's not a fault of ZenMarket and even when I saw it might of gotten lost... They were already on their way to solving the problem for me.
With all that said, I love my new set of music... and you get your 5 stars for being quick to ship this out for me! |

RecensioneVERY VERY SLOW PACKING PROCESS. It took them 28 days to finish packing. When I got the guitar, I was curious at how they pack it that took them 28 days to pack. What they did was just wrapped it in bubble wrap, throw in some crumpled paper and put it in a premade box. I don't understand why this kind of packing will take them 28 days to do it. that is an indication of a inefficient process. I have bough from other proxy sites such as fromjapan and buyee and took them only 4 days after arriving at their warehouse to finish packing a similar package and ship it. If you are planning to buy a guitar, look somewhere is if you don't have the patience to wait for a month or more. |

The guitar has already a hard case shipped with it to their warehouse. What they did was just wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it in a premade box. RecensioneI had to wait for almost 40 days for packing, because created package once it arrived to the warehouse, but that was not the worst case... Apparently item was packed in the very oversized package, that increased shipping price fo 3 times and changed carrier (from EMS to UPS)!!! Took around 10 days to get a normal response why this happened, even after repacking I had to wait very long until the item was sent. It was unexpected and weird.
2 stars is only because ZenMarket staff was friendly and helped to repack.

RecensioneThe missing item from my package last time was replaced by ZenMarket but it was only after i proved them that there was a missing item
I had to buy the same item again from another store to prove them that there was a bonus included and it was lost when Zenmarket shipped it to me. (please dont make me do this again when i tell you there is a missing item, Im not a wealthy person so i dont want to purchase 2 same items just to keep proving you there was a missing item)
Shipping time took about 2 weeks before it was sent out. Apparently They are still short on work force so expect delays on packing and shipping items for the time being. |
