Upon receiving the magazine, I was frustrated to find that it had been rolled during shipping. Given that this magazine was quite expensive, I expected it to be packaged with care to prevent any damage. The rolling has resulted in creases and left the product in a less than satisfactory condition upon arrival, which is disappointing for an item of that value.I believe that proper packaging is essential, especially for delicate items like magazines. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide me with a response. Please refrain from attributing this issue to the way you receive it from the Japanese seller, as I believe that as a shipping company, you should know better. 별점
