However, after using their service once, they intentionally capped off the amount of rebate on the second time, and then, on my third time, they further limited how you can spend the rebate.

On top on the experiences above, I have also experienced other problems with their promotions and rebate system. I have used other platforms before and never experienced similar problems. They are simply trying very hard to create a false pretense of promotion/discount just to lure new customers in.

Finally, not only is their customer service slow, they are also extremely passive in providing any form of meaningful assistance. 		별점
