Both were described as confirmed powered up, the Mickey Mouse cannot possibly be powered or work without the screen, either the picture and description are not for this item or it was altered after purchase before it was sent. |

I contacted them multiple times asking if I could combine packages and whether individual values would be declared separately, specifically trying to ensure my purchases stayed under the £135 threshold to avoid customs complications.
They advised me to combine everything. When I saw the resulting invoice, I asked to repackage it smaller, which resulted in being charged unpack and repacking fees—even though following their own advice caused the issue in the first place. This lack of clear communication and the extra fees added an unexpected £100 to my overall cost. |
