RecensioneGot the package on time and the game inside was in perfect condition. The packaging was really good, with extra bubble wrap, newspapers, and a strong cardboard box to protect the item. This was without the extra reinforced packaging.
I also appreciate the large number of articles, guides and blogposts on ZenMarket that explain a lot of crucial details. I also liked the variety of payment options, especially their acceptance of crypto via Coingate. |

il lettore CD che viene descritto con difetti minimi , non è usabile perche non si apre il cassetto la piastra superiore per controllare il mancato funzionamento è stata manomessa all'interno hanno cercato di riparare una parte del meccanismo con colla che ha ceduto e rotto altri pezzi . prezzo adeguato se venduto come ricambi all'interno del giappone. pessimo venditore 2/10 |

Attenzione che anche se pagate l'IVA in anticipo alla consegna c'è qualche onero doganale e la spesa del corriere italiano |

RecensioneVery disappointed with the shipping support on this parcel. The package has been in transit since August 13 and still has not been delivered. SpeedX claims a delivery was attempted at my address due to “no access,” which is simply not accurate. My home is fully accessible and I have never had an issue receiving deliveries from any other carrier.
Even more concerning, SpeedX tracking shows an attempted delivery in Berkley, MA at 6:33 AM on August 29 and then shows the package processing in Linden, NJ at 6:51 AM — only 18 minutes later. Linden is approximately 187 miles away, making these scans physically impossible if they represent the package’s actual location.
I contacted ZenMarket for assistance because this shipment was arranged through their service, but I was essentially told to contact the local delivery carrier myself. I have been a regular ZenMarket customer and expected more assistance when a shipping partner they use has a serious delivery issue. I am now having to contact SpeedX and ECMS myself just to determine where my package actually is.
Very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing customer support when something goes wrong with a shipment. |
