Another package has been returned to sender after I was told, with a better info for package and time, it should go through. Unfortunately, it has been again denied. I request a refund of my shipping cost. I will try one last time with dhl, but need the refund first.

FeedbackItem was charged 10% local tax then Australian GST of 10% was also added. Perhaps this is unavoidable given that the items were bought from a retail shop, but it meant that I paid 10% too much in the end. The process wasn't too bad though - if very slow - and I may use the site again. |
