RecensioneThe packing took more than three weeks to finish. The first time I checked, I thought only 'speakers' cannot be posted through Japan Posts (EMS), but after I bought this radio, I was told that it has a speaker component and cannot be sent through Japan Post. I was forced to ship this simple Panasonic radio made in the 1970s through Fedex, separately from other things I bought. The reason is that it has 'strong magnet' and is dangerous for 'air flights'. If the reason is valid, I cannot understand why Fedex can send it (through planes) but Japan Posts cannot. For anyone who wants to buy audio products, please pay attention to this 'not clearly stated', and illogical policy from customer point of view. I gave two stars since the packing is really superb. The very long delay for shipping (from requesting packing to sending out) is Zenmarket's business decision - they said it's because of the Covid 19. But Global Rakuten Express sent many things I bought within one day, using EMS. If it's a business decision, it's a bad one. I changed to buy more things from Global Rakuten Express. I hope Zenmarket should review what I said above and improve their service. Thank you. |

RecensioneIf there's an option to select no star and negative rate, that's the correct rating for you. This is my 50th parcel and I'm always getting apologies and false information on when it will be shipped. 2 of my parcels was advised to be shipped last friday but then got another message that it will be shipped on monday instead. Last monday none was shipped and no one is answering all my inquiries. Parcel 50 was shipped only last tuesday and 51 remained preparing to ship even I have already paid the parcel last week. Parcels are even requested for packing last 1st week of July. Few days it will be September soon. I'm so stress and frustrated as no one is responding and the only means to communicate is via email. I was accused of threatening them for filing a complaint to NCAC. Instead of helping me out, they have temporarily blocked my account NOT to be able to purchase and bid anymore. This is how they treat their customers instead of finding ways how to resolve the problem. |
