My only issue came when I chose the extra padding option (an extra 1000 yen) as I thought this delicate robot would need it, but it doubled the price of shipping due to the face it raised the weight up a few kilos and made the package much larger. I had them repack it (another 1000 extra yen) to reduce the price. To say the least it was packed beautifully, as if the packer knew the weak points of the bot. I was informed that this request would be attended before sending the parcel. That was not the case. The description says "Plastic doll". That item is not a plastic doll and now there are chances that I will be taxed at customs. Honestly why do you even offer an option to contact you if you don't take into account our requests?
