RecensioneOrdered two CDs through zenexpress for the first time due to the current suspension of Japan post shipments. Upon dispatching, tracking ceased to update within a few days and after 30 days I was informed my parcel had been lost, with a refund expected within weeks or months. Haven't experienced this frustration with any other shipping service and its been very disappointing considering one of the items was a limited-release item no longer available to buy. |

RecensioneBeen using zenmarket for about a year-ish now and it's been great! Very easy to use websitr and super easy to find and add products to your account for purchasing. What I like about them compared to other proxy services is their customer service and low fees. Unlike other websites who charge fees for every little thing like consolidation of items into 1 package or creating a package, zenmarket does not and pretty much only charges a single 300yen fee per item. But not per quantity so you could buy 5 of the same item and still only pay the single 300yen fee and do not have to pay 300yen for each of the 5 items. They don't charge to to pack up selected items into 1 package and you only have to pay for your personal international shipping, and you can cancel your parcel for the first 10 mins after creating it but then afterwards it does cost 1000yen which is also the same fee if you want to reinforce your package or a certain item. you may have to pay that fee for certain changes to said Parcel but not to change the delivery method.
Anyways they're great with customer service, very friendly and considerate and also respond in a quick and timely manner. There hasn't really been anytime I've been put off or upset with any of their services during the past year. It has saved me quite a bit of money to buy items straight from Japan instead of thru a third party seller on eBay or mercari. In fact you can even make some money by importing items and reselling them yourself especially with the unfortunate decline of the yen. Overall it's a great service and is so much cheaper and better than using a personal shopper! I'm surprised people even still use those! |
