FeedbackI love the way my items are usually packaged, however I wish this shipment wouldn't have took 30 days just to get to me. EMS says it is about a 1 week delay. And the box didn't seem that sturdy this time as it arrived a bit damaged. Usually EMS is pretty quick, and everything is usually impeccable and it is really slow for some reason, I may as well have paid for SURFACE since it takes just as long to arrive would have been a bit cheaper too. But i don't think it includes tracking number- However I still love shopping here, and know that the mail carriers are careless many times. Maybe there are too many packages to be sent out from Japan and that's why mine arrived later then usual |

FeedbackI adore the fact that you are given updates and quotes by an actual person, in a relatively short time period. I also appreciate that this service purchases FOR you instead of needing to send somewhere else and have it forwarded on. The things I wanted were very straight forward, I just wanted a Magazine and a Desk Calendar. But I'm very happy with my experience using Zenmarket and look forward to using them in the future when wanting to purchase items that are hard to get overseas. |

FeedbackIt took a while to arrive, but the pandemic delayed everything. Anyway everything was splendid. The highest level of service. I paid extra for additional package reinforcement but it was well worth it. Items arrive without any damage and in excellent condition.
Highly recommend doing business with ZenMarket. I will definitely come back for more purchases. |

FeedbackThis was my first time using the ZenMarket proxy service to purchase items from Japan, and I am incredibly impressed with the platform and overall service. I generally do not write reviews, but would like to make one outlining the various points of ZenMarket.
The process of adding items to the cart is very simple and intuitive, and while it may take a little for the items to be checked (for the price in JPY, shipping costs, etc.), the flexibility of being able to order from most storefronts* is incredibly convenient. The time it takes could be an issue for some if they are worried about not being able to purchase limited goods in time, so please take note, but it is important to understand that most, if not all, proxies are unable to operate around the clock 24/7, and some delay must be anticipated. I don't think it has ever taken over 24 hours for an item to be checked and for a price to be added, even when adding items from somewhat obscure platforms.
*I was interested in some items from Fril and Mercari, but was informed that ZenMarket is unable to do business with storefronts on these platforms, as there have been mixed experiences with sellers and refusal to do business with proxy services. Regardless, the ability to order from such a wide number of websites by simply inputting a link is very impressive.
ZenMarket also has some of the lowest commission fees compared to other proxy services. While it does add up if you are buying multiple different items, this is true in all cases, and per-item prices are still comparatively lower.
The process of shipping and sending the item was also efficient, and this is where I would like to highlight ZenMarket's timely and helpful customer-oriented service. You are able to select a number of modifications (such as no ZenMarket labeling on the box, which I opted for, or additional reinforcement if you are worried about shipping damage to fragile goods) so there is a degree of flexibility in ordering.
ZenMarket's communication helped me out a great deal. I had selected FedEx as a shipping method, but staff took the time to inform me that UPS and FedEx parcels often run into issues with customs due to the need to communicate to individual manufacturers for items in the parcel, which could even result in delay, or even disposal of the package. I would technically be able to proceed with FedEx if I really wanted to, but chose not to due to this warning, which I was not fully aware of, and changed the shipping method. I am slightly horrified to think of what would have happened to my items if I was not informed of this, and have to thank ZenMarket profusely.
To wrap up, I would just like to state my package arrived efficiently and safely, and I take great joy in merely looking at the items from my order. I cannot wait to use them more. I highly recommend ZenMarket for buying items from Japanese storefronts, and will definitely be using them more going forward. |
