RecensioneThis was my first shipment from Zen Market and it went well. The shipping was very fast. The box had a small hole in it when it was delivered, but the contents inside were packed securely with bubble wrap and was undamaged. Great experience overall |

RecensioneOverall good service but even tho is the first time using this i already had a problem with a missing item in the package. Contacted the customer service 2 times for help and they did absolutely nothing but telling me (after 2 whole weeks) that i had to contact the Japanese postal service first instead of them and that i basically lost my money for no reason, absolutely terrible service. As the site is generally well reviewed, i'm willing to think it was just bad luck on my side, but surely this wasn't a good a first impression. |

RecensioneFees were expensive, but not Zenmarket's fault. I paid $100 USD for 2 small items. The package weighed 670 grams after it was packaged. But other than that, it was very easy to use and shipping was extremely fast. It took 3 business days to arrive from Japan to Texas. |

RecensioneWhile the packing of my items and shipping time was great as always, I will say the shipping fees are getting worse and worse. How can my DDP be higher than the actual shipping cost? I know this is mostly the same regardless of proxy, but it really does suck when Zenmarket has been amazing in all the recent years I've been using it. |
