Last time they changed my selected shipping option to EMS, something more expensive without my consent and I let it go. This time, I chose AVIA again and they kept this option. However, I paid 6000 yen for just 2 plushies (one is a small plush and the other medium). I kept thinking it was too much for just a couple of items and today that I got the package it was a big box! For 2 items. When I opened it it was filled with a lot of bubble wrap, newspaper, plastic and lots of foam peanuts. This is not okay Zen Market! These are just plush toys, they are not going to break and they don't need extra stuffing nor protection that I didn't even order. I've sent a bunch of boxes, mostly with plushies, and this is the first time they sent me this. I want the cheapest option for a reason. I feel like I paid EMS again! Penilaian
