Feedbackworst online experience ever , you end up just purchasing from japan and don't care if the items reaches the customers or not , you told me you cannot deliver to Iraq my counters
after that i suggest turkey , the FedEx co. that you deal with it should know that second hand items cannot be entered to turkey , instated of you taking responsibilities and help me with it , you dined that and told me to contact with FedEx , FedEx turkey asked me around 1000 $ to returned it to japan .
any way that's my story with you ,
your customers service is not good and i sill make sure no one will purchse from you from my countery

FeedbackNearly ALL of my other parcels packaged and sent by ZenMarket have been 5-stars out of 5, and for that I want to thank all of you very much. But unfortunately this parcel arrived today in poor condition. It appears to me that the box was under-filled (that is, the box was larger than necessary to accommodate the items, and enough empty space existed inside the box that the heavy items [especially] were free to move around. Worse yet, they even had room to accelerate inside the box (when the box was roughly handled in transit by the shipper), so the heavy items collided with the light-weight items (such as the hollow aluminum tripod legs) inside the box and damaged those lighter items. Not entirely ZenMarket's fault as the box itself arrived *very* beat-up (so clearly it was handled *very* roughly), but sadly there was far too much empty space inside the box so the heavy items were free to move around and inflict damage upon the other contents of the parcel. |
