FeedbackGuitar looked like it was packed pretty securely, but unfortunately it didn't look or play as good as I anticipated. I thought the guitar looked fine enough from the photos I requested before shipping, but the fingerboard was pretty dry, frets noticeably rusted, pickguard was popping out a bit near the neck joint, and even the tailpiece might have been installed slightly off-location? And playing-wise, it was fine, but strings were really buzzing in the middle on the fretboard even after an optimal truss rod adjustment. Plus it seems the neck might be twisted as the string height on high E string at 12th fret is lower than on low E string, yet the TOM bridge is higher on the former string? And I only found out after the guitar arrived that the original seller Sound House would accept 100% refunds for defective items; I wished the correspondence from ZenMarket would have caught and pointed that out when I messaged them about the return policy before I chose to have the guitar shipped to me.
Overall, I'm disappointed with how this purchase turned out, despite how satisfactory the packaging was; I wish photos could have been taken at better quality and return policy of sellers been more thoroughly read over by the people at ZenMarket, so that I could have avoid purchasing a guitar like the one I got in the first place. |

FeedbackFedEx was way too expensive for the quality and shipping times. The tracking page said my package will be delivered on Feb Friday 21, but got it Monday 24 and had to pay Customs taxes because FedEx doesn't inform you on that matter, nor they send you any invoice or notification for that matter. |

FeedbackThis package included a CRT TV with a fragile plastic case so I requested that it be packed extremely well, and I was very happy to see that it had indeed been packed well. The TV is working great and I was able to repair the cosmetic damage caused by the original seller's packing job (thanks for saving the broken bits as I requested!). |
