The problem was with UK delivery via EMS, which is handled by Parcel Force. My parcel was held at the local depot for over a week, and never received the customs payment reference they said they would send. After a long wait on the phone, I was told had to pay customs before delivery. In the end, went directly to the depot, paid the charge, and collected my parcel.


Tip for UK buyers: Avoid EMS if possible, as Parcel Force is slow and unreliable. If your parcel is already at the depot, don't wait for their card go straight there, pay the customs charge, and collect it. 		Penilaian
