FeedbackWas nervous at first buying a guitar from japan but am really impressed with zenmarket. Everything worked out great and I'm really happy, postage was really fast and the zenmarket staff was really great helping me when I messaged them about shipping options and packaging. Thank you heaps! |

FeedbackWhen I was ready to pay 2-3 weeks before Tariffs they held my packages for weeks just so it can be charged for the new tariffs, Zen does not practice what they preach, more fees more delays more BS I cant afford to shop here anymore the Zen BS excuses is very upsetting. All the A++ sellers items are awesome Zen market is chasing the buyers away with too many fees and trying more messed up tactics like to hold packages hostage just to add more fees is now common practice. |

一開始找不到, 有點摸不著頭緒, 仔細找了一下才看到影片,很不起眼
這邊也大概整理一下流程,給第一次購買的人一些參考:
1.在個人主頁新增要詢價的商品網址,及購買的內容
2.等待客服確認報價 (報價包含代購服務費及日本國內運費.會詳列明細)
這個運費是第一次日本國內運費!
"不是他在日本店家購買幫直接寄到你家, 是幫你購買寄到日本大阪集運倉庫"
所以你可以購買很多店家的商品, 等全部都到大阪倉庫後,再打包國際運輸
3.儲值$$(可先欲抓第二次的國際運費.頁面旁邊有試算.不足要二次儲值也OK)
4.付款第一次運費, 等待商品運到大阪倉(會告知預估時間)
5.商品抵達大阪倉, 可以免費存放60天,等待你其他購買的商品全部到貨
6.建立包裹, 把你的東西挑選集合成一個大包裝, 然後挑選你要的國際運輸公司
如EMS.DHL...等待國際運費報價
7.付款國際運費, 接著他們就會開始處理寄送包裹
8.會有包裹追蹤編號~直到你收到商品
頁面都可以翻譯成中文.客服也會有中文回覆,不用擔心語言障礙
