However, I gave 2 out of 5 stars due to the quality of the items, and it’s all on the original seller on Mercari. To clarify, The original seller on Mercari has stated the bag only has a small scratch on the surface, but barely noticeable unless looked closely, and the status of the item condition is stated that there is no noticeable scratches, or dirt, so I thought everything will be fine. Sure, the bag comes in good condition except the clear plastic display part, the most crucial part of Itabag, that have smoky dark spots, and stained all over the place. It was disappointing to be honest, because the Mercari did not even mention a thing about those dark spots, but it was not Zenmarket’s fault, so I feel like I have wasted a lot of money for a very disappointing product.
