The staff was also very comprehensive and helpful when I had questions regarding my order, and helped me through the process of re-shipping and even made an addition to make proceedings smoother in my home country. I love it so much.

My one criticism is that international shipping fees are difficult to truly estimate beforehand, even knowing the rough weight of your purchased items and using the ZenMarket shipping calculator. Shipping weight of the packing box jumped the cost higher than expected, in my case to the point that FedEx ended up being the more inexpensive option than my planned method, Zen Express. A simple notice to customers beforehand about the expected weight of the shipping box *in addition to the actual items* would help customers (especially first time customers like myself) plan ahead and make more informed purchases.
