Packaging and processing took days. I hope when you guys increase the service fee, you also improve the quality of service.

You guys were hands-off with us buyers receiving crappy items. Disappointing for a buying service. I requested photos and realised that 2 of my items were in bad condition (Bought from Procure A - https://www.rakuten.ne.jp/gold/asahiprocureace/). I asked for help to return those items to replace them, but you told me I have to pay more money to "cancel" my order (1000 Yen for each item, excluding additional fees). おい、ぼったくりじゃねぇか！？

For fellow buyers: Be careful when using this service. Even though the seller you choose seems reputable, foul plays and mistakes can happen. Think twice and hard before trying to return it or ask for a replacement. Because when this happens, ZenMarket will milk you for it.		 Penilaian
