Very slow (even outside of holidays): Too much have i added something to cart and when they get to manually ordering, it already became sold out. Packing and shipping also taking around a whole week if not more, so your warehouse storage days count up and up. The oversimplified fee gets expensive if you want to order multiple or cheap items, it used to be less and even ignorable last year. The new zenpoints feature is mediocre and essentially useless bloat. Normally i do not leave bad reviews anywhere, but I'm extremely unhappy with their service today compared to few years ago.
