I should note that I paid for the optional reinforced packaging just as a precaution so I'm usure how different that is from the regular packaging, but everything was well-secured and taken care of. Choice of shipping was UPS, and they delivered way faster than I expected. Only took two days from the time of shipping to the arrival at my doorstep. Overall for my first experience with Zenmarket, this was great and I would definitely order from them again! 10/10 service Penilaian

After the product arrived at the warehouse I requested reinforcement packaging, the result was to increase the volume of the package. Despite the new features the system wasn't giving me the shipping options it should have. The result was the cancellation of the package and the reinforcement. In a check that was done the shipping method I wanted was available resulting in me losing money. Maybe a momentary system error. Penilaian

Nama Tanggal10/09/2024 NegaraAmerika Serikat FeedbackHad to make me change my shipping preference from the faster and more efficent UPS to the terrible longer less efficent EMS/USPS which did not deliver my package on time. Now I have to wait till the next day to personally go pick it up because they somehow couldn't deliver it to my location. All of this because "textiles items can't be delivered with UPS." Buyee uses UPS to ship textile items without a problem. I have 3 items left with Zenmarket and they can't get a window of the items arrival time to their warehouse. They have changed it about 2 times now. If those three items successfully get to my doorsteps, I won't be needing Zenmarket services anymore after that. Such a bad experience. Penilaian
