FeedbackDer Versender (Zenmarket) hat Daten leider unvollständig übermittelt. Deswegen ist eine Zustellung aus zolltechnischen Gründen noch nicht möglich. Ich muss jetzt bei der deutschen Post eine Wertermittlung für 14,49€ durchführen, um meine Bestellung zu bekommen. |

FeedbackCustomer shipped me a broken acoustic guitar with loose braces and cracks all around it. This was not disclosed but ZM insist it was, even though there is literally no mention of it. You get 14 days to make a case, but that's from when the item hits their warehouse. In my case thre item arrived, spent 2 days in their warehouse, took 10 days to ship, then a day for me to collect, then another day for me to get around to the inspection. 90% of the allowance is gone before the box even arrives. How is this fair? Then their staff just say I should have paid for pictures, even though they told me earlier they do not have the skills, expertise, tools, knowledge to look for the problems I mentioned. An utter shambles and tantamount to a scam. Avoid. |
