FeedbackDie erste Bestellung über Zenmarket - und DHL schickt das nach grandiosen 14 Minuten zurück. Es war gerade Ende Juli, DHL stellte um, System konnte es nicht lesen und ohne zu fragen… Glanzlicht deutscher Serviceleistung -.-
Und dann kam der Zenmarket Kindenservice :) superfreundlich, kulant, und der Button für die Korrespondenz war auch schnell gefunden (sucht man ja bei vielen deutschen Unternehmen vergeblich)
Es wurde sich gekümmert, jede Antwort, egal ob Wochenende oder Obon (Sommerfeiertage) kam unter 24h, von keiner KI, da ein riesiges Lob. Auch JapanPost/EMS war superfix. Der zweite Sendungsanlauf ging dann über FedEx, und war richtig richtig schnell. Und obgleich das Paket viel von den Flughafen der Welt gesehen hat (Hongkong, Istanbul, Paris, Lüttich) und der Inhalt aus Glas war, kam es unversehrt an, weil es einfach nur genial verpackt war.
Vielen vielen Dank, jederzeit wieder gern. Ich bin nicht nur zufrieden, ich bin glücklich :) |

FeedbackThe shipping was extremely slow, even though I paid quite a bit for it being shipped to me, and I couldn't even see the prices for different shipping options, which is pretty inconvenient compared to Buyee. And that's not even mentioning the higher than Buyee proxy fee and having to put funds into a wallet before being able to bid.
ZenMarket's interface might be better than Buyee, but the customer experience is very poor. |
