Basically, I wanted a like 13 dollar Pokémon plush so I did the whole paying process. Unfortunately, the plush ended up getting sent back early in the shipping process. Zenmarket did not notify me of this I had to check myself. Once I confronted them, they asked me to pay shipping, packaging, and everything else twice if I wanted the plush. Customer service told me there was some unexplained issue shipping to my address the first time and advised me to pay again. They say I needed to contact the shipping service they use for a chance at a discount. I found it really silly Zenmarket couldn’t do this themselves especially since that shipping or packaging service was Japanese and I didn’t wanna go through that whole process of communicating like that. When I asked zenmarket if they can confirm my address is right and that can reship to it they said everything looks good on our end and this is a viable address, but we still cannot confirm it will ship. Anyways I ordered with the same exact address, because the plush I bought was no longer being sold and skyrocketed in price and boom it worked this time. Anyways I spent like 80 something dollars for a 13 dollar plush. The cherry on top of everything is they said they can offer me a discount and when I asked for what the discount was they said that was a typo. You really can’t make this stuff up bro, thanks zenmarket :) Bewertung
