Didn’t like how this option displayed that I had a package coming from JOOM (a Russian Chinese-product website) instead of being labelled as ZenMarket Inc. Had me panicking that my card had been scammed for orders placed on JOOM!! Shipping ended up being far more expensive than the online price calculator. Package arrived in the UK through a dodgy courier service, but the package arrived nonetheless, in perfect condition. Took 3 weeks from Japan to UK. Probably won’t use Zen Express again, but a good shipping alternative for those who need it. Rating
