Due to a mix up with the my local post office, whose service I can diplomatically say is... apathetic at best, they sent back my package to the original sender despite no indication that they would do such a thing on the original pink slip they placed on my package. Immediately after learning this, I quickly sent an email to your support team about how to negotiate getting this package back to the US. So far, it has been about 3 weeks since then, and I have yet to receive a response. At this point, I just want to get my package back, regardless of the red tape that is necessary to get it, as well as the knowledge that it still is present in your warehouse. Literally any follow-up with regards to this topic would satisfy me at this point. I look forward to hearing from you all soon.
