However, I experienced a horrible technical glitch on this order that I hope ZenMarket will fix soon. I wanted to purchase a rather expensive item only because the seller stated that they would add in some rare accessories for free if the buyer requested them and would also pay for increased shipping. So I contacted ZenMarket customer assistance and they told me to make the purchase and then they would make the request to the seller....but the automated software made the purchase before the customer assistant could and I was not able to get the free accessories. These sort of buying options are actually rather typical on Yahoo.Jp but I am now afraid to pursue them. I wish ZenMarket would allow buyers to perhaps specify that a purchase should be held off until a manual request can be made. I'd even happily pay an additional fee for such service. 评分等级
