Their customer support would answer all my questions about my order and this service, and if they did not know the answer they would try to find it for me. Their response time wasn't immediate, but considering the difference in time zone they did their best to give a prompt reply.

The storage period of 45 days was extremely helpful for me as I was able to hold everything until the last package came in so I could ship them all together.

Lastly, I was most impressed by the packaging on my order. My order contained a lot of different and fragile items, such as mugs or flat paper goods that I would not want to get bent. All the items were bubble wrapped, and were arranged with items of similar size and shape to conserve room as well as to keep them safe. I am very happy to see everything arrive safe and sound, and would definitely recommend Zenmarket as a great proxy service to use for anyone interested in Japanese goods!		 评分等级
