The only thing was that UPS shipping cost was a lot more than the shipping calculator indicated but it was super fast.
It was a great experience overall. Thanks a lot! |

Phản hồiNeither item powers up as shown. The Mickey Mouse game is missing the LCD screen and the polariser is loose on top. . Both were described as confirmed powered up, the Mickey Mouse cannot possibly be powered or work without the screen, either the picture and description are not for this item or it was altered after purchase before it was sent. |

Phản hồiI am always so, so amazed that personnel was able to assure me that the items that I had ordered (fashion dolls) would not be affected by the new protocol coming into place with imports into the U.S., thank you so, so much for being able to do this. The items arrived in amazing condition and I cannot thank the staff abroad for making this so attainable! |

Frustrating experience with packaging advice and unexpected costs.
The items were packed well and successfully delivered. However, I had a very poor experience with customer service communication. I contacted them multiple times asking if I could combine packages and whether individual values would be declared separately, specifically trying to ensure my purchases stayed under the £135 threshold to avoid customs complications.
They advised me to combine everything. When I saw the resulting invoice, I asked to repackage it smaller, which resulted in being charged unpack and repacking fees—even though following their own advice caused the issue in the first place. This lack of clear communication and the extra fees added an unexpected £100 to my overall cost. |
