ВідгукOverall, service was good, however there were small aspects about the service that were either confusing to understand or not explicitly stated that made my experience significantly less enjoyable the first time, and has improved since. I will begin by detailing the issues I experienced, and then the aspects that I liked.
First: I was charged 500 JPY extra for "digital goods" service fee when I ordered an item that only needed to have its code e-mailed to me. This fee is not listed anywhere on the website, and when I was told I would have to pay it, I was very shocked. It is not a shipping fee, I have already paid the service fee, so I do not understand what I paid for.
Second: A misunderstanding, but one that could've saved me $20 in shipping costs - when I was organizing my package, I had read that I would be charged an extra $10 in fees if I needed to adjust my package. I was not clear that this fee was not applicable if I was only changing my shipping method and not the contents inside and wound up rushing to pay my invoice as a result, which ties into...
Three: When I requested my package to be made, I did so whilst knowing I had gone over the number of days for free storage. That was fine, but I was under the impression packed items weren't subject to those fees, so when I realized I was continuing to be charged for that I rushed to pay my shipping invoice.
Overall, the shipping issue was a misunderstanding on my part but it can easily be rectified by, instead of having customers check the separate pages, if there was a note that said, "Changing from international parcel airmail to small packet airmail will save you $20!" It wasn't a big change in shipping method, and I am upset that it does not default to show you all your shipping options and costs instead of defaulting to whatever random method was chosen when you organize a package. $20 is quite a bit of money!
The invisible digital goods fee is much more of an issue, but as it is 500 JPY and not 2000 JPY, you can see why I have paid less attention to that since. It is not a big deal, but clearly stating fees so I the customer is aware of what they are paying for and why is very important to building trust. If you tape on a fee here or there for whatever reason have you, it can easily build up.
Moving on, here are aspects I've found VERY positive:
My package was packed neatly! The box was sturdy, it wasn't a box within a box within a box, overstuffed with packaging so it couldn't go small packet (of course, that is one of my issues - that a package can't simply be made and then the full selection of shipping options shown, since there is no necessity to designated what type of shipping you want until you know it's weight and dimensions). Everything was securely packaged so there wouldn't be damage. I've yet to inspect everything in full, as I am on a trip currently and not at home, but it didn't get destroyed in the postal system nor is it 10 times the size it should be and that is always a good sign.
Additionally, responses were always fast when I had questions, and those who I talked to were always very polite. Bidding on auctions and ordering from websites was very intuitive and easy to use. Paying for everything was a bit more confusing with all the different fees laid out, but I atypically use PayPal and am unwilling to change methods unless I can save a significant amount, so it's hardly a big deal about choosing which.
Improvements can definitely be made in making clear was fees are applied and to what items/when/under what circumstances, as well as making the shipping system more transparent in regards to what options there are after we request our items be packed up. I've made a second order already as my first order contained items I didn't want, and then hopefully will not be using proxy services for a while, as the confusing fee system these services have is always bound to take a few more bucks from you then you ever intended. |

Всё отлично, до склада зенмаркета из магазина посылка шла неделю (было заявлено 1-2 недели), после оплаты пересылки её отправили в течение 1-2 дней, трек номер выслали, документы отправки прикрепили, посылка шла air small пакетом, до Ярославской области дошла всего за 7-8 дней, упакована хорошо, коробка фигурки упакована была в двух слоях пузырчатой пленки и коробку (коробка была хорошо сложена, почти идеально под размер коробки товара) |

ВідгукGood packing and quick service on the part of Zenmarket however this seller is a jerk that misrepresented the item and took great care to take photos that did not show damages and made no made no mention of damages in there description. I paid to dollar for the item and expected much better. |
