While it remains easy to use, the increase in business in the past half year has no longer made it quick to purchase, send out items, etc. It's a painfully long process and becomes even more so as time goes on. Have an item that is time sensitive in a shop that you know will sell out shortly? Going to have to cross your fingers and hope it can wait 3 days! When I expressed an item was time sensitive in the recent past I was told they went in order of time things were ordered customer to customer and yet... I had an item successfully ordered from something I had placed that day but not the one I had placed several days past. This happens frequently.. The degradation in service has made me very weary of wanting to continue using their service. I really loved the quality of service in the beginning and I think that's why I've still held out patiently waiting for them to maybe expand their team and become more efficient like they had been previously. But I'm getting really tired of how cumbersome it has become-- the entire process! Add 3 days for confirming item costs, add another 3 days to buy out the item after paying and confirming, wait the time of arrival, and then wait another 3-5 days for item prices to be calculated and another 3 perhaps to be shipped out? Of course this is a worst case scenario but it has happened in more frequency from my recent 10 orders. It's very inconsistent.

I really want to see Zenmarket step back up consistently but I think soon I'll have to look elsewhere for more speedy and reliable shopping services. 		Оцінка
