ImięSteph*** Data17.07.2025 KrajHolandia RecenzjaI'm really happy once again with my 7th order from ZenMarket—everything arrived safely and I'm grateful for the continued reliability. However, I'm quite disappointed with the way the vinyl records were packed this time (again). Each of the 22 records was individually wrapped in an oversized plastic bag, which had to be folded multiple times and secured with lots of tape. This method not only provides little actual protection, but it also creates a frustrating unboxing experience and a huge amount of unnecessary plastic waste.

I had previously requested that all records be wrapped together in one large sheet of bubble wrap, which is far more efficient, protective, and environmentally conscious. I really hope this feedback is taken seriously for future orders—I'm a loyal customer and just want to make the process better for everyone involved.

Kind regards,
Stephan Ocena
